All Pre-Licensing Education courses meet the new AQB education requirements for appraiser licensing and certification. All Pre-Licensing Education courses are also approved for continuing education.

Class availability depends entirely on YOU! Pre-Register today! We reserve the right to cancel any class due to lack of pre-registrations. Your text books will be available at the class location if you register at least 10 days prior to each course.
If your pre-registration and payment is not received at least 10 days prior to each class, or if you choose to pay at the door, there will be a $25 late registration fee.
